The firm was founded by Richard Knight and Suzanne McGoldrick. Richard and Suzanne first worked together at a Chester law practice from 1998 to 2001 and then at a Liverpool law firm for a further year. Having gained extensive experience in commercial property work, they decided to set up their own practice to provide a dynamic and friendly service for both new and existing clients.

The practice has been strengthened by the addition of experienced planning and local Government solicitor, Tony Williams and also Gary Bell, who adds a wealth of experience in all aspects of property law matters.
